– Base is made of birch wood, and face side of Karpatian Pine.
– Plastic letters – the material is super strong, unlike metal, it does not rust! Service life – unlimited!
– Wooden letters – protected by high-quality paints but don’t forget that wood is not eternal.
– Our wood is waterproof also we cover it by waterproof oil and anti termite oil.
But do not forget that this is wood and additional care will only be beneficial for the sign to please you for a long time.
– Handling kit (screws and hooks) for wooden and brick wall included to each plaques!

Sizing:

– Plaque thickness 10 mm.
– Number thickness 3-4 mm (wood), 2-3 mm (plastic).
– Total thickness 14-16 mm.

We provide shipping, by TNT, Fedex, USPS and DHL.
Shipping time to USA, Canada takes 8-15 business days.
Shipping time to another countries may take 15-25 business days.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements:

We hope you absolutely love every single piece we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.
Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.

REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we’ll happily replace the personalized item for you.
We do not replace items that were incorrectly maded due to buyer error.

Refund in case of the force majeure circumstances

Please, notice, we refund for the product but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:

the customer wasn’t available during the delivery process
the customer provided no more valid phone number and email address

If the customer refuses the package without any reason the package will be utilized and we’re not responsible for the costs.
